Hi there! I'm Lynsey, the creator behind The Pink Duck Shop.
I am based in Surrey in the UK.
My love for animals has always been a huge part of my life. It all started with Rodney, my mischievous chocolate brown cocker spaniel. When I couldn't find the perfect gifts and accessories for him, I decided to make my own! That's how my little Etsy adventure began.
I started by personalising items with stickers, and then my passion for creating led me to designing greeting cards.
Losing my beloved black Labrador, Alfred, at the age of 17 was truly heartbreaking. He was my best friend, my shadow, and my heart dog. His passing left a huge void in my life.
But then came Rodney, my crazy working cocker spaniel. He filled my world with joy and laughter, and reignited my creative passion. The Pink Duck Shop was born from the desire to share that joy with others who love animals as much as I do.
While I sometimes venture into other card designs, my heart always pulls me back to animal-themed creations.
Over the years, I've shared my life with many wonderful creatures, including cats and horses.
